We specialize in the parasitic management of insects found in the building structure such as cockroaches.

You own a building, a restaurant or any other business, call us!

We also have a general contractor RBQ license, which gives us a great knowledge of the building and its components.

The German cockroach is the most common in Quebec and is found wherever there are humans. The popular belief is that cockroaches are found only in unclean places but this is false, poorly maintained places only promote the rapid increase of the population.

Cockroaches can be detected by their characteristic odor, their droppings ( small black dots) and the exuviae ( dead skin) that they leave as they metamorphose from nymph to adult. They are also found especially in kitchens, in cupboards, pantries, wherever food and water are accessible.

They are practically omnivorous, but they prefer starchy foods. They prefer to feed on fatty residues and pieces of food that are lying around the house.

Buildings infested with cockroaches often attract rodents as well.

The cockroach is considered a pest because it carries germs and bacteria ( salmonella etc ) on human food that it picks up from garbage and sewage.

It is imperative that it be eliminated from feeding areas. Put your dry food in sealed plastic containers and make sure your cupboards, floors and preparation surfaces are clean.

Beware of insecticides found in stores, most of the time, instead of eliminating an infestation, you will only chase them further away, to other rooms in the house or to neighbors.

Cockroaches spread very easily and they follow the plumbing of buildings and will seek out new food sources wherever they have access.

If cockroaches are in the building structure, you’re going to need an Expert to get rid of them; they multiply extremely quickly.
A single female that lives for six months can produce between 20,000 and 30,000 offspring in a single year.

But don’t panic there are a number of treatments available to get rid of this problem quickly and effectively.
With insecticides mixed with professional baits, it’s relatively easy to get rid of them.
