Surely we are not teaching you that bedbugs are carried by humans from one place to another and that it only takes one insect to start a new infestation.

The more you have coming and going and tenants, the more exposed you are. Prevention is better than cure...

Other companies offer to come by and check on you every month for a potential infestation with sticky traps, but in reality,

most of the time it’s because your tenants report a problem that you call the pest management company.

If it’s come to that, you have to assume that the bugs have already been in the units for months and probably started biting or disgusting guests a while ago…

Your reputation is already damaged…You’ll lose money….

Let’s face it, these sticky trap services they offer you are not cost effective at all if you calculate how much you are losing to bed bugs

or cockroaches; not even counting the cost of treatments to get rid of them if they didn’t prevent the problem…

We offer you in our package:

Unlike other pest management companies, we offer permanent treatment of walk-in areas and common areas with a three-month residual insecticide that will kill all insects to create a chemical barrier that will eliminate the bugs that would want to infest the building. This way, instead of putting out fires all the time, we will avoid letting them start…

This treatment offers effective protection against problems commonly found in apartment buildings such as Bed Bugs, Cockroaches, Spiders, Ants and other crawling insects.
If you sign up for an annual protection program, you will get substantial discounts for all the treatments that will be done in your buildings.

We are also extremely effective in dealing with all your other pest problems.

We also have a division of outdoor treatments ( Spiders Watering, White Worm Treatment, Weed Treatment, Wasp Nest Elimination and Ant Control).

We work for the government, municipalities, hospitals , large hotels, property management companies, restaurants, businesses and individuals.
It doesn’t matter how big or small the problem is, what matters to us is to fix it.

Bed Bugs Problem:

Few tenants warn the landlord of their new unit that they have bed bugs. Bed bugs are a scourge for rental property owners.

Whether it’s from moving companies or from tenants moving around, bed bugs are easily transmitted and they spread through buildings very quickly.

This is where we suggest that apartment building owners have a preventive treatment done in empty units that will be taking in new residents. (Discount for annual protection packages)

A preventive treatment costs only $150 per unit ( discount for 3 or more) and it consists of creating a chemical barrier between the possible introduction of bedbugs by new tenants and the structure of the building.

We spray a residual insecticide at the bottom of the walls to force possible bedbugs to pass through the poison if they want to go to the walls to escape. Also, if tenants have bed bugs with them, the presence of insecticide in the unit will disturb them so they will bite quickly to survive. Tenants who may have been unaware of the presence of the bugs will become aware of them. This way, you will know if you have bed bugs sooner and you can take the necessary measures.

So two birds with one stone… You protect the building from a possible infestation and you detect the presence of bed bugs quickly before they have time to infest the rest of the building a few weeks later.

Unfortunately, landlords are responsible by law for any treatment related to the sanitation of their buildings. So you have to be vigilant.

If one of the dwellings is infested

First, don’t try to treat yourself… It won’t work with commercially available insecticides. Also, if you only treat the infested dwelling, the insecticide used to treat them will push a portion of the bugs to neighboring dwellings and the process will have to be repeated a few weeks later. The whole building will become progressively contaminated and it will be very difficult for you to get rid of them.

For a treatment to be effective, the insecticide must be potent and have a long residual duration to ensure that it eliminates the generations of bedbugs that will emerge from the few egg hatchings that will follow.
