Bed bugs are a scourge for building owners and tenants. If a dwelling is treated, in 90% of the cases bedbugs hidden in the walls will flee to other dwellings.

This is where we suggest to residents of apartment buildings to have a preventive treatment done in their units adjacent to those treated for infestation and also to landlords to have the units treated between changes of tenants. A matter of Prevention rather than cure.
A preventive treatment costs only $150 per unit ( less scher if 3 or more units) and it consists of creating a chemical barrier between the possible spread of bedbugs caused by the treatments of the neighboring units and it also prevents a potential new infestation from spreading to the rest of the building.
We spray a residual insecticide at the bottom of the walls to force possible bedbugs to pass through the poison if they want to escape into the walls. Also, if the inhabitants have bed bugs with them, the presence of insecticide in the dwelling will threaten them and their survival instinct will cause them to bite quickly and reveal themselves to tenants who would have been unaware of the bugs’ presence. This way you will know if you have bed bugs sooner and you can proceed with a complete elimination.
So two birds with one stone… You protect yourself from a possible infestation and you detect the presence of bed bugs early before they have time to colonize the rest of the building a few weeks later.
The insecticide lasts for 3 to 4 months and will also eliminate any type of floor-crawling insect present in the dwellings: silverfish, millipedes, ants, spiders, cockroaches (cockroaches) etc.
Don’t forget that landlords are responsible by law for any treatment having to do with the sanitation of their buildings. But for prevention, tenants are also responsible.
